Game Crashing after update, No error message

Hi,

My game crashes with no error message after a short period of time when I enter any city. Kugane, Old Sharlayan, Limsa Lominsa, etc... My game NEVER CRASHES when I'm in any other zone, only a city. This only started happening after the most recent update.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game and tried the repair function.

Am very sorry to hear about the issue you've been experiencing. Based on the info you've provided; it seems to only be occurring with specific locations and could possibly be caused by corrupted files or driver issues.

- Could you provide the exact error message received?
- Are you running any addition programs alongside Final Fantasy XIV?
- Does this crash occur on more than one character?
- When the crash happens, is the PC over heating at all?
- Were any update or changes made to the PC at the time of the crash?
- Does this crash occur if the game is run in full screen mode? Does it happen in borderless or windowed mode?
- What other steps have you tried so far to alleviate the issue?

Could you provide please provide us with a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display and Copy the information to Clipboard and paste it in a response here.
