I think the keynote is supposed to be about 7.0 and the next day is the live letter that is about 6.5. I doubt they would want to crossover the subjects in each. Both are 1 hour and a half, although half of that will be translations and most of the rest will be obvious stuff such as...

The PLL the following day is the 6.5 reveal, the day before is the expansion keynote.
Fanfest literally only exists for expansion reveals and to start the hype cycle.
