    I have a similar problem with my mouse. It's not the game's fault. It's an issue with the mouse (which I acknowledge as being ancient). It loves to randomly change profiles on me when I'm not looking. I finally had to set all profiles to the same keybind set up (possible since I only use the side buttons for this game).

    If your mouse has multiple profile options, make certain the active profile isn't getting switched somehow.

    Defo not game related. Change to your software or a mouse profile change are the most likely culprits.
