    Lag on PS5

    Hi I play on PS5 and for last 3 weeks I've been getting weird lags in middle of combat when using combo abilities where I use first move of a combo but it doesn't prock into the next combo and sometimes I'll be in the middle of the animation but it just stops and action doesn't complete. I am on chaos server world moogle.

    We would be happy to assist with your concern. Please try the following troubleshooting to see if this helps with the connection issues you are experiencing:

    - Select 'Settings' from the main menu of the PlayStation system and navigate to 'System'.
    - Once there, click 'Web Browser'.
    - To clear cookies, please select 'Delete Cookies'.
    - To clear the browsing data, please select 'Clear Website Data'.
    - Double check to see if JavaScript is enable by selecting the slider next to 'Enable JavaScript'.

    We would also suggest that you check to see if the following port ranges are opened on your router. You can contact your ISP and request they open them for you if you need further assistance.

    Additionally, please try power cycling the system by shutting down the game and turning off the system completely. Unplug all the wires from the back and hold the power button down for 10 seconds. After doing that, please plug everything back in and turn the PlayStation on. Once the system is on, please launch the game. Doing so will clear the cookies and the cache.

    If you do not see an improvement, we would suggest reinstalling the game to see if this can improve the issue as well. If not, please feel free to respond to this thread for further troubleshooting.
