Maybe you should have read the rest of it to find a better suited example, the house demo timer was most definitely implemented to shackle players into staying subbed. SE has had no interest to fix the housing situation so you can consider it intended on their part.

This argument always goes the same way.I'm glad that appeals to you, but none of that sounds remotely interesting to me. I have already collected the glams that i like and it was kind of boring to grind them anyways. I levelled a crafter and gatherer and i found neither particularly engaging.. At all.. And blue mage content is just stupid.

"I don't like that so it doesn't count!"
Choosing not to do the content available is not the same thing as there being no content. You're basically whining that the game isn't designed specifically for you.
