    An unexpected error has occured. Exiting FINAL FANTASY XIV.

    This occurs every time I load the duty Anabaseios: The Twelfth Circle. Dangeon is load and then error:

    What Platform are you using? (Steam/Windows/Mac/PS4 etc.)
    Does the issue occur with one character or multiple characters?
    At what point does the issue occur?
    How often does the issue occur?

    Are you running any additional programs alongside Final Fantasy XIV?
    When the crash happens, is the PC over heating at all?
    Were any update or changes made to the PC at the time of the crash?
    Does this issue occur if the game is run in full screen mode? Does it happen in borderless or windowed mode?

    Could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.
    All steps taken to resolve the issue:

    I played at Windows 10 through steam.
    I don't know, just one character opened Anabaseios.
    The issue occur at the start of dangeon.
    It's occur every time in Anabaseios: The Twelfth Circle.

    No.
    No.
    No any update or changes at the PC.
    I use Borderless windowed mode.

    Also i tried reinstall all grapfic drivers.

    Greetings Rovilen,

    Am very sorry to hear about the issue you've been experiencing. Basead on the info you've provided, it seems to only be occurring with that one specific location and could possibly be caused by corrupted files or driver issues.

    I'd like to suggest trying some of the following troubleshooting steps:
    - Try switching to DirectX 9 by selecting the ‘Config’ button on the launcher.
    - Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything.
    - Please be sure that Final Fantasy XIV is installed to the C: Drive.
    - Please be sure to disable or remove any overlays (Discord, Steam, NVIDIA etc.) as they may interfere with startup.
    - Make sure that the Windows OS is fully updated.

    If the suggestions above do not work, you may need to re-install the game to ensure that any corrupted files be properly re-downloaded and installed.
    - Reinstall game (If steam version, try uninstalling and reinstalling both the game and steam)
    - Install game on different drive. (If Steam version, make sure game and Steam are installed on same drive)
    - After re-installing, verify installation files (Steam)

    I do hope these suggestions help resolve the issue. Should it still persist, as previously mentioned we would like to request for a system report so we may get a better idea of what could be causing this issue. Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display then Copy all the information into a reply here.     Full reinstall the game solves the problem of the Anabaseios.
