I'm absolutely livid with this service, I cannot and refuse to believe that refunding tomestone's would take almost a whole week and yet here I am, day 5 of waiting for "A GM to reach out to me to further assist me" after I completed all the steps the support team has asked me to complete.

Why is this taking so long to fulfill? Either give me my tomestones or return the items YOUR TEAM ASKED ME TO DELETE.
