Some masculine hairstyles. If you want a normal masculine hairstyle you have - ShB release hair, Bozja headband hair, 3 Mogstation hairs (aymeric/snow/thancred), Noctis hair, SB cropped/braided thing, the OG hairs we've had since HW, and then the buzzcut which looks positively horrible. So... 4 hairstyles since HW that aren't Mogstation, unavailable, or anime spiky?
The rest are distinctly feminine or androgynous. They are kinda missing the mark for both camps with the constant release of short androgynous hairs that don't satisfy either masculine leaning folks or feminine leaning.

I also want true blood red hair.

Multiple facepaints at once. Sucks that I can't have freckles and eyeshadow.

More faces for races that have less diversity in their options. Hyurs have 6-7 options while Miqo'te have 3 (two of them are practically identical change my mind), and Elezen have a whopping two (females have duplicate faces but with lipstick and males have the weird baby face/old face that take up two slots which is why all Elezen have the same face).

Bigger height sliders.

Unlocked racial hairs.
This would actually solve a lot of peoples' requests for feminine/masculine styles.

More scars, including body scars.
