Character customization

It's clear to me that there's a deeper affair when it comes to character customization and their tech... and the clear example we have for that is the infamous midlander stubble, that was only viable as a non toggleable feature by copy pasting a whole face.

It makes me think that in the base ARR game they made the customization options only with hair and face paint expansion in mind, because there is where we get constant updates.

I hope they fix out whatever code/tech is limiting the system to, at the bare minimum, add basic stuff like separating Au Ra horns from faces or fixing inconsistencies (i.e. miqo face 1 has toggleable eye markings, but they are permanent in face 4).

I would really like to understand the inner workings of character creation in this game and Why its so limited- because despite its limitations, it's still one of my favorites in terms of aesthetics, so I have a lot of wishful thinking and ideas that I would love to have implemented as a result, such as simple body scale sliders (Come on, we can adjust the scale of our chests after all...) maybe increased height range for all races? that would be spiffy.

More beards would be good. Longer, more full. Viera males get one or two choices, but Id prefer a few more options.

i wish face and horn weren't tied together for Au'ra and i would love more scars option for the face and even the body + the possibility to slightly alter horn/scales color (black and dark blue for Xaela, white and ivory for Raen)

I wonder if they could tie the old belt slot into character customisation.

They said they could not seperate the Au Ra horns from their face because there were not enough slots to save these options.

While the belts were not visible - they had to save and transmit which one you wore - you could see them when you inspected other players.

So it should be possible to equib for example a body tattoo item in a hidden slot through the aesthetican? Or scars. Or a birthmark. Or whatever.

Character data and inventory/gear are probably separate so the belt slot can't be used to give more character customization options (beside it has already been used to give us a bit more inventory space).
Why can't they just simply expand the size of their characters if it's such an issue? I don't know. They're maybe concerned the size of the network packets would get too big.

-true RED hair for all races and true RED lipstick
-more base face choices for all races
-ability to change size and rotation of eyes
-many more long and "soft" hairstyles (too many are stiff as cardboard)
-fix all clipping issues
-no limit on choices of "face paint" can have multiple at once if we want
