Major additions

• Hildibrand quests and Manderville weapon quests start in Radz-at-Han
  
• Splendorous Tools in the Crystarium
  
• Mount Rokkon variant dungeon starts in Old Sharlayan
  
• Blue Mage job quest continuation - requires you to have completed patch 5.3

Minor additions

• new orchestrion rolls
• new Triple Triad cards
• Echo strength in Abyssos Savage has been increased to 15%
• new miner and botanist gathering points, and items available at gathering points
• new fishing holes
• limited-time Gpose stickers and frames for the FFXIV 10th Anniversary
• removal of multiple instances for Garlemald and Elpis
• new PS5 trophies

New furnishings

New hairstyle

It's "that guy" from the Pandaemonium storyline! Hopefully a sign that we'll be getting more of their recent NPC hairstyles as well.

New emote - apparently called "reference"

Blue Mage

• level cap raised to 80
• still can't participate in deep dungeons or Ultimates
• Ice Spikes, Veil of the Whorl and new spell Schiltron cannot be applied simultaneously
• Healer aetherial mimicry now boosts all healing effects
• help text for spells now indicates which other spells share their recast timer
• new stages added for the Masked Carnivale
• new entries added to the blue mage log, but Seat of Sacrifice and Memoria Misera are unavailable

Lengthy explanation, looks to be all the same as the Sil'dihn Subterrane

Resolved issues (direct quote)

• An issue wherein the bar indicating that a status effect can be removed with Esuna would disappear when targeting a party member.
• An issue in island sanctuary wherein earnings from the sale of handicrafts at the workshop could not be received.

Other various issues have also been addressed.


Known issues (direct quote)

• An issue in the sidequest "Not from Around Here" wherein the incorrect BGM will play after certain cutscenes end.
• As issue in 6.45 sidequest cutscenes wherein certain graphics do not display properly.
• An issue in the Heroes' Gauntlet wherein certain graphics do not display properly.
• An issue in the Mount Rokkon variant dungeon wherein certain graphics do not display properly.
• An issue in the gathering log wherein the splendorous tools list does not display in the correct order.
• An issue in the Another Mount Rokkon (Savage) criterion dungeon wherein timer-based enemy enhancement effect is incongruously named "Sewer-dweller." * The effect still functions as intended.
