Blue Mage Patch Notes 6.45 no blue mage LB, no SOS or Memoria???

Its weird to me that square has decided not to give the players skills to do SOS or Memoria. It is something was looking forward to, but SOS requires Tank LB to survive and Memoria dps check does way to much damage to survive. Anyone else wish Blue mage had LB based on which aetherial mimicry you had?

I'm fairly sure that SOS just outright requires it in order for you to not take 9 999 999 damage

If they've not added a check to see if you've got diamondback active then you'd still be dying. It mitigates 90% of incoming damage so you'd still be taking 999,999 damage with it active.

I feel like it's pretty ironic for a job that is so called OP that's designed by the devs to break the game, literally not being able to do those 2 trials.

Another slap to blue mage job lovers - just a broken mini game...

Seat of sacrifice could have easily been worked around but I can put that up to Devs being lazy as always.
Why is memoria off the table though? 6 Blue mages SHOULD easily be pulling off more DPS than a team of normals to beat the dps check.

Also there's a semi-preview of new skills datamined on ffxivcollection, In true endwalker fashion they seem the most boring and uninspired yet, Almost all just slightly stronger Ogcds/Gcds. No attempt to build on interesting skills like basic instinct or condensed Libra.

Perhaps my maths is out but devour, mighty guard and dragon force while wearing max ilvl gear sounds like more than enough to survive several seconds of that dual tank attack.

And if it's really tight have someone spam white wind and that's your healing sorted.

man... that sucks... but explains why there is no LB-esque skill from SOS... shouldnt extreme in theory be possible?
