So what exactly is your solution? What solution can we come up with that does not require redoing how BL works which is something they have states not wanting to do. Or cannot be easily abused such as making following / staring punishable offense.

Improve the blacklist system and make them disappear from the screen, and make GM's actually act appropriately instead giving free reign to stalkers (thanks to the friendlist system for that too, you cant even flee to another DC, you are still in their friend list, no matter if you even rename, you stay there).

This game literally encourages stalking, lodestone link doesnt change, you stay in people's friendlist, you can rename, world change, dc change, it stays there.
