Where in the OP's post was this a "my spot, herp derp" point? There was none, they were doing their relic quests without even interacting with the creep, if you even bothered to read properly.

OP is free to report to put a stop to it, but blacklisting does nothing against creeps deciding they can stalk people freely without GM's intervention.
