Thread: New Patch Has Crashed My Game 6 Times.

The best thing about this patch, hands down, is the complementary crash errors that don't even give you error messages. The game was not crashing like this yesterday, so obviously something in the new patch is screwed up.

Anyone else having issues or is this just something added to make the Masked Carnivale exponentially more aggravating?

I'm sorry you're having this issue. At the risk of sounding like a copy-paste robot, have you upgraded your GPU's drives recently? Radeon just had an update a couple days ago. I'm not sure how's Green Camp doing these days though. Also, remember doing a reset of your PC every two days or so. I've been online all day without issues, so I'm trying to think of what could be making your PC act up. Hope you can solve your problem!

If you are running any external programs that could affect the game, or graphics alterations, or overlays, try closing those.

As others have mentioned, you might need to reinstall the game. Unfortunately, games that patch (any game) can corrupt due to packet loss from downloads.

That is pretty easy to prevent with checksums though. If the game doesn't check that then it's surprising.
