Like I said before, due to missing being RNG, it is not optimal to actually gear towards trying to miss. It is better to just not miss at all.
I disagree, even more so due to the fact that the RNG can be kept low (~95-98%) you will still get dependable procs off of a hit on Chaos Thrust that will alow you to capitalize on one of the missed hits.

And an one missed hit on Chaos Thrust is a lot less damage than either of the post-miss combos.

In the end, it's going to boil down to personal experience. If you can quickily capitalize on your misses by activating your skills in quick order, then no, 100% accuracy is not good. But you also don't want to be constantly missing out on attacks mid chain. You learn to balance when and where to empasise it.

If anything, I'd take from the conversation that sitting static with one build isn't optimal for every fight. If you're facing an opponent that has lesser evasion, you're able to settle for more stats and less accuracy, and vice versa. For me, the difference usually is food.

Ya, luckily when you have all the proper gear, it just kinda comes with ACC lol

Well I wouldn't say proper, but what I would consider BiS gear which may be different from someone else.
