It doesn't matter when the GC Lieutenant's lances are the best weapons barring relic, having both accuracy and attack, and more easily attainable than Ifrit's

Not strictly related to LNC, but I'm not comfortable on melee classes unless I have at least 400-420 acc. Somebody parsed me on Ifrit with about 420 acc and my hit rate was around 99% if I remember correctly, so you can still miss with that. Anything below 380 is just way too little unless you have a BRD acc buffing you. Getting high accuracy should be the main concern before trying to reach cap stats, in my opinion. Of course DRG has the back-up combo for missing but I still wouldn't go for low acc just to use it.
Couldn't too much accuracy be bad? Don't you want to miss every now and then so you can do your Feint > Disembowel combo?
Not true. Missing one or two strikes from Chaos Thrust & following up with Feint > Disembowel will net more damage than if you land all strikes from Chaos Thrust.
If you miss something large like a Blindside/Blood For Blood Doomspike then yea, you lose damage (can be fixed with Hawk's Eye anyway).
I haven't done any thorough testing on accuracy to see if there's a good middleground though.
chaos thrust is obviously the exception since it is multi hit and you have a high chance of missing at least one and each individual attack is not so high adding on a feint/dis or better yet full/faint/dis if you are fast enough is icing on the cake. Not true. You forgot you can actually do Full Thrust > Feint > Disembowel. It's tons of TP and dmg.
Personally I'm fine with 371 Acc. I primarily pump up STR and Crit ATK, with ATK and PIE as secondary.
My base equipment has me flexible between Accuracy and Attack purely on food choice, which makes things fairly easy to adjust depending on fight without altering gear. I do like having the ability to trigger the miss combos in my fight, but I keep my accuracy rating high enough so I'm not missing important skills.

At least 400acc in full group.
I'm at like 425ish on Garuda and still miss. Not a lot, but it does happen.
380 w/e isn't really going to cut it if you want to be serious about maxing your DPS. Specially when new content comes out that I'm assuming will be even harder to hit.
Due to missing also being RNG its not optimal to try and gear your character towards actually trying to successfully time your misses with your miss abilities. Considering this combo is also so weak I would rather just melee swing to a real combo and also not waste tp on it. Only time I would actually consider this combo actually that useful is if you can get full thrust and feint off, which isn't always the case
