Marketboard Favorites/Wishlist and Crafting Favorites Are Gone

Hello,

Yesterday when I logged in, when I went to craft, I noticed all the items I had saved as favorites were gone from my crafting log. Just now upon checking the marketboard, all of my favorited items were also gone. To add to this, any time I switch to a job, it pops up with the "Gauge Unlocked" icon you see when new additions to the gauge are added, despite having all of my classes at 90 for quite some time.

Is there any way I would be able to restore the lost lists? I had nearly 100 items favorited on the marketboard so I could keep tabs on them, and I don't believe I'd be able to rebuild that from scratch. Any help is greatly appreciated!
