    I think these are fantastic ideas. New rewards means more people in the content. More people in the content makes it easier to complete it. I'd certainly enjoy having reasons to go back to things like Eureka or Bozja other than relics, and I think a lot of other people would too.

    If you add new rewards to old content, people will go back to that old content to earn the rewards. (It should be noted that this would require a new currency type to prevent people from simply using what they have stockpiled) It doesn't necessarily have to be made soloable.
