Using the queue for orthos is sad. That I agree. But just make a party finder. You don't even need the full 4 people. Go with 2 or 3 and you'll still be fine.
Once you have like 50/50 aetherpool you can solo 21-40 in like an hour if you're optimal.
Those floors aren't hard. It's just a knowledge check to know the 1 shot mechs.
