Why wasn't it Ivalice?

Dear SE, please make moogles a playable race. Thank you.

Please add Moogle Character like FFXII *_*

Having them become a playable race would be too contradictory to the lore at this point (i've tried lol). Especially with how deep into 2.0 they are, and believe me if anyone wanted this the most it was me.

Regardless... having customizable Moogles as battle/gathering companions could really enhance many aspects of the game if done right. Ideas are outlined in my sig below for details.

How many people actually want to be Nu'mou or Bangaa?

Everyone would be Viera or Moogle.

As much as I love playing elf/elvans/elezen characters I would definitely love to play bangaa, just something about them reminds me of the voracious nobility of the Klingons...(big ST fan).

Because they would have ruined ivalice. Let FFXIV be a downgraded version of VI, but dont touch FFT <.<

Because the races are the only really original thing they pulled from XI.
The rest of the game are references to other games where appropriate.

I could've sworn back years ago I saw supposedly leaked screenshots of a FFXIV in development that showed a viera and a moogle in woods that looked reminiscent of Ronfaure. Oh what could have been... Placing a FF MMO in an already established world would seem like a good idea and bring more fans into it IMHO.

so uhh... you don't like that they fashioned the races after the races in XI, and are questioning whether or not Eorzea is enough it's own world... yet you want them to copy the races from other FF games (viera, etc), and worlds (Ivalice)?

I don't get it.

I don't get why it would be copying races if you put the game in a world where those races have always been. They've never been in any other game that isn't in Ivalice.

I might be wrong but wasn't that related to project rapture? and didn't that then turn into XIV? It was a long time ago so I might be getting things mixed up >.<
