A Faerie Free Company

We are a casual guild, that doesn’t push you to do anything. Our motto is RLCF (Real Life Comes First). PvP, PVE, whatever is your wish, please do it. If you want to do story lines, or anything else, we honor your choice. The only 3 requirements we ask are be active within 30 days or you will get purged, if you plan to raid, you MUST join our Discord server, and of course to have fun. If for some reason you do get purged, just reach out to an officer and we will get you back into the company.

We welcome all levels into our company. Those that know, teach, those that are returning to the game and/or new to the game, learn so they can help someone new if they wish. No pressure at all. Our Mentors will walk you through a raid if it is your first time. Just let them know and the rest of the group will wait. After all, we all started at the same place at one time. We do offer our Discord server open for raiders, if people want access to our guides, and community.

Rose Syndicate History

Our guild was founded on October 27, 2013 by our founder and we were known as Blacklight on SWTOR. He started off on the Republic side, and then purchased a premade guild on the Empire side, Black Rose Syndicate. He thought the name was meant to be. Black for Blacklight, and Rose for his second in command, now the GM. On May 8, 2016 the guild was turned over to our current Guild Mistress, and asked to rename the guilds since he had Blacklight Ent as an LLC. The board voted to go along with the Empire’s guild name and the Discord server’s name was changed to Rose Syndicate. We created this FFXIV company to provide an outlet for all existing Rose Syndicate Members and to invite new members to our Welcoming Community. Now thats history will you choose to make an impact in our future.
