    DRG strong again?

    ngl id like it if i got my high jump and piercing talon back but i DO like where it is right now, went 13/0/22 in a game just now lol

    Dragoon was strong even without the most recent buff it got in 6.4 <_< So yeah, Dragoon is strong for a while now.

    But I really never wish for spammable Piercing Talon to return. What we have with Wyrmwind Thrust is what I wanted Piercing Talon to be, albeit unpaired from Elusive Jump.
