Game crashes to desktop from select character to now loading. Im new to this game

Ive never had probs like this before. Game worked fine for approx a week or so, then i paid for the Complete Version from free trial, set up a subscription, and havent been able to play. I cant stay in the world for more than half a second if I even make it that far. Then I start looking for help and it seems theres more people being disconnected than actually playing the game. Ive uninstalled and redownloaded the game, changed download location, nothing to do with firewall, and ive played many other games like this and never had anything remotely close to these problems. I switched between direct 9 and 11. Nothing works
