Unable to stay logged in with main character on home Data Center

I have an issue with my main character.

Name: Clo Deena
Home World: EU, Light, Phoenix

I got disconnected while in Eden "The Core" zone last weekend. I was not doing anything strange. Had just unlocked the new Duty "Eden's Promise: Umbra" and had the Duty Finder open to get into a party. The game disconnected. I tried to relog, everything went as normal, but after about 5 seconds, the game disconnected again. I tried multiple times with the same result. 5-10 seconds after logging in, the game would disconnect. I tried interacting with the exit (in this mini-instance I could not Teleport or Return), I tried entering duty finder again, Always with the same result.

I tried to log in with another character on the NA, Primal, Hyperion home world. This worked fine and I was able to play with no connection issues.
I created a new character on EU, Light, Phoenix. This character works fine. I could play all day with no disconnections. At least I can use this character to water my plants.

I then tried moving my main character to a different Data Center. I went to EU, Chaos, Sagittarius. There I was able to play with no issue. I signed up for Umbra through Duty Finder, finished the quest, did a few other quests, then logged out and travelled back to Light, Phoenix. I logged in at the aetheryte in my home city. I was able to teleport to my house. Then the game disconnected again. I tried multiple times, exactly the same issue. I tried visiting a different world on the same Data Center. I got logged in to Shiva, and the same issue happened.

I have tried everything I can think of. I opened a support ticket, [t23419986:500e], but only got generic connection issue suggestions. My connection is not the issue. I can play with the new character on the same Data Center and world all day long. I can play with my other character on Hyperion with no issues. I can even play with THIS character on the other Data Center with no problems at all. I tried a full reinstall of the game.

Please help me unlock my main character from whatever is bugged on my home world. I have not been able to visit my house or use my retainers in almost a week. I have not been able to participate in my FC. I am open to any relevant suggestions. I hope I have demonstrated that this is not a general connection issue so that you can stop suggesting I check my router and ISP.
