Recovering Deleted Character and Retainers

Hi,

My friend recently deleted his character for personal reasons, but now he's looking to get back into the game.

He wanted to ask if it was possible for all of his retainers to be recovered if he doesn't remember all their names. He remembers 6 names of the 8 retainers. Does that mean those 2 will not be recovered, or is there a way for Support to recover them regardless?

If the account in question with the deleted character is North American in region, we advise to contact the North American support Center.
