Hello!

Thank you for sharing ideas but as they are from another game, and that game is mentioned, we must close this thread.

We understand that you only wish to make FINAL FANTASY XIV the best game possible, but open discussions about other games is looked at as off topic.

One suggestions I would post for you would be to take advantage of our Feedback Email Support found at our Support Center. This would allow you to directly suggest ideas to our game without fearing going off topic on the forums. You would be allowed to use the names of the games and give examples to better improve our game.

Thank you for your understanding. We may need to remove a few posts as some of the comments due to rule violations.

Well I for one am totally pissed this game won't be turning into Tera. I mean why would SE not want to take the game they've been working on for the past 2 years and toss it out to make it just like Tera??? Its cause of this kind of stuff is why SE will never make it as a modern MMO. They need to rip and steal from every game out there until FF is just a big pile of awesome.

What's wrong with that? SE doesn't want what's essentially advertising for a competing game on their forums. Seems perfectly reasonable to me.

Looks like they're cracking down on the Forums and locking threads that dont directly relate to XIV. I would get a chuckle if the forums fill up with locked threads and the reason why is the last comment said was "well FFXI had this and XIV should have it to." then a GM replies along the lines of "Thank you for sharing ideas but as they are from another game, and that game is mentioned, we must close this thread." Although I doubt it would happen it would still be a bit humorous.
