Wish they'd remove the restrictions on portraits at this point

I don't know if anyone else knows the feeling but you sit there spending 30 minutes experimenting with a plate. The plate is sfw and it doesn't have any nsfw implications. Your face is fully in view of the plate but there's that awful flashing triangle telling you that you can't save the plate. So you end up having to slightly tweak it somehow, which is sometimes simple, sometimes not(especially when you consider how hard it is to pause certain animations at the right frame).

Just moping a bit that people who couldn't help/control themselves forced SE to put restrictions on them, while the rest of us have to deal with the consequences.

The funniest dumbest crap is when you get a really cool dramatic pose with your weapon with /vpose or /bstance and all it's looking good and then you get the "Actually your face is not in the plate or it's covered or something" cause the weapon is SLIGHTLY covering one hair strand too many to one side.

Which is weird, as the Adventure Plate doesn't have that issue.

Makes me think that tying the Portraits to a saved gear slot may be what's causing the issues. If they could somehow make it independent of that then it wouldn't be a problem. Though, that might require too much work than it's worth in their eyes.

It is kinda sad, those who still want to make NSFW plates can do that still it is hilariously easy. All SE did it seems was making it harder to make nice sfw plates.

It isnt even consistent. On Lalafell i could use the MCH pvp pose to cover pretty much my whole face, THE SAME POSE on taller races requires you to be turned around alot more to not get the "face not visible" error.
