I do like the idea of RR scrolls similar to XI's, but somewhere in the 75-100 seal range would be ideal imo.

You do know that the Raise potions are 15 for a partial chance of working and 200 for a 100% chance to raise.
So if (and I hope they don't and it's a WHM ability) they do add it it's likely to be about 500 or more.
