stale, stuck in 2003, refusal to adapt, sticky floors/terrain, story which is long and bad enough to be considered torture and have multiple threads made about it. And a mentor system that is just an addon for duty finder that doesn't actually include teaching people. tons of convoluted systems that can be simplified, people say its simplified but you need 3 hotbars for abilities its bloated as hell. It's like your grandmas fridge that was bought in 1975 she still has it even when she died in 2022 and its too late then, and now the new owners will just throw it away and buy a new one.

Well.... The friends list for one, 200 isn't enough especially when you have to add friends alts separately. It would also make it easier to manage if it showed you when a person was last on like the Fc list dies.

the blacklist system. please for the love of Hydaelyn and Zodiark both, fix it! I'm not a fan of the fact that when you blacklist somebody they can still search for your name and see where you're at in-game.

it's rare when I feel the need to blacklist someone but I feel like it's a pointless feature especially if you're dealing with obsessed stalkers and abusive people. ugh....

Maybe they've discovered hardcore elitists don't pay the bills and know there's more to their game than min-maxing or having a perfect rotation. It's a lesson some people are still trying to learn.
