What are you wearing? Do you have the same equipment on both MRD and WAR?

Glamours rely on the level of the equipment piece rather than your actual level.

All that's changing is the job stone. MRD can wear it. WAR couldn't. There is nothing in the game that MRD can wear that WAR cannot. Only the other way round.

Once I accepted the Hotbar Transfer, WAR could then use it. < That's the redflag that this is a bug.

That sequence was not clear from your first post.

If you want the tech support people to find the bug, list the exact sequence of what happened, what you did, what you saw happen. Did the glamour spontaneously fail? Was it simply not allowing you to apply new glamours?
