My FC has plot 24 of goblet, so I know how gorgeous that view is. Mao needs to check view right as sunrise and sunset since its super pretty!

You probably should have done the data analysis on EU after the upcoming auto-demolition waves. And EU is getting 8 new servers. So really the housing problems are mostly on 3 North American data centers.

They wont go forward with the new EU DC, no way, they couldnt even fill 2 servers on each DC.

NA/EU FC wise is mostly the owner that get to use the features in most cases as it is rather than shared with the FC vs as how JP seem like more to share.

It has something to do with mentality and it show western mentality is horrible in the ways of housing, especially NA.

What do you guys suggest is done about it, as the solution would at current point NOT be around just making more wards.

As a western player the issue is the number of untrust worthy entitled immature players who get angry and respond by screwing their entire fc over. Can't blame fc leads for being ultra cautious about what permissions they give and too who with those kinds of players around. Let's not forget western players love of drama. SE also won't help you if a FC member you gave furniture/ or any other permission to cleans out the fc house and leaves.

Absolutely, they'll either kill of Chaos and Light or create a new empty DC, worse than what Materia is

I'm just going by the announcement they've done in the past. It would be better if NA got a 5th data center instead and EU got nothing, but I don't know if it's physically possible. Who knows how far in advance these things are being planned. Hardware prep, hiring people, buying or renting the space, etc.
