It's already been said but this is like say buying Person 5 on ps4 and expecting all the other ports like Switch version, Xbox, Steam etc of that game for free.
That's not how the business works.

Some games and other software do give cross platform access with a single software license. Unfortunately, this one does not. I can see both sides of the argument honestly, like if I buy a piece of software, it shouldn't matter what hardware I choose to run that software on. On the other hand I understand capitalism and realize SE want to sell as many products as possible and as long as people keep buying multiple licenses for the same piece of software, they will keep selling them.
As the CEO of Bethesda said, 'If You Want Us to Stop Releasing Skyrim Ports, Stop Buying Them'
So wait a moderator moved the thread...yet Venari is an alt of one of the trolls...mods you should of just ignored the post jeez
I don't disagree that it sucks but buying a game on one platform does not entitle you to the licence on another. When you buy a game you get a digital licence attached to your account for that platform, it's always been that way and even the PC and Steam licences are separate.
How is this different than any other game.
Let's take skyrim because it's everywhere.
Well you need to pay for it on every platform.
I've only heard of one publisher that does univeral licenses you buy the game and you can play it everywhere but they only do indi games
I used to be an adventurer, but then my ping increased.
I would understand this if it a game that you buy and play
But this is a subscription game with a cash shop that is releasing less content wanting you to buy the full game again just so you can play it on another platform.
Started on PS3. Double dipped on the PC version for SB years ago. Also, be warned: Steam Version =/= Windows Version
I was wondering too since my pc is 10 years old and i wanted to know if i could just swap to console ... that's really annoying.
What is funny is 11 account was good on PlayStation or PC or Xbox without having to buy separate licenses.
