key registering / upgrade from free trial to subscription

I started the free trial, played for a few days, realized i really liked it and didnt want to miss out on any part of the game so i purchased the complete edition for steam. Setting up the service account was slightly confusing. Basically I have my service account #1 that i set up with the free trial. When registering the complete edition key, I apparently clicked on a second account (service account #2) and registered the key to that account and also set up the subscription payments to account #2. What do I do to fix it? Do I have to start a new character on service account #2, can I transfer the key to service account #1 and just need to redo the subscription payments, or do i need to rebuy the complete edition and register it to service account #1? Any help would be appreciated. Im really enjoying the game and dont want to stop playing.
