Item drop in dungeon is not suitable for worker players.

Sorry for complain. I just want a shoe for MNK class from The Ridorana lighthouse. and I'm do the dungeon run MANY many time. The problems is the item that drop from 1 chest (before final boss chest) But it drop just 2 pec and there's 20 class and that the problems. Because for many days I try and I try to run and get that shoe but still no luck. And trust me wait for 30 - 50 min for 1 run is no fun for players that have just 2 - 4 hour/Day and when it drop. some one just roll the dice higher...(I don't blame her because it a game mechanic).....Please make something like a point for player that press pass for other item and save it for JUST item that they want to increases a chance for roll the dice higher. or give more drop item JUST for players that already pass the 1th. Or give box that can random or chose....Please have some sympathy for players that need to work 6 days/week and have just 2 - 4 hour/Days to have a good time too....Best regards

All of your potential solutions could be employed by other players as well which would be the same difference as what you are experiencing now. Not getting the item you want sucks for sure but that is the nature of random drops and rolling for loot just like any of the other billion games with the same system. When I was collecting the Ivalice raid sets it took me a loooooong time to finally get the Agrias chest piece because I was very unlucky with drops and rolls.

IMO the real issue here is waiting close to an hour for an Ivalice raid to fill. If the devs could address the issues with alliance raid roulette that would go a long way to helping those queue times.

It can be difficult to get these drops once the content is old. When it was once per week loot only, if someone wanted a glamour piece like the monk shoes, it probably would have been easy.

I know this isn't really addressing the point of your request but if you're referring to the Ivalician Shikari's Greaves, they can drop from both the first and third bosses.

As for helping players to get the items they want for glamour easier, my suggestion would be for SE to retain the coins that players get to purchase twines and glazes once the relevant expansion ends and add in a vendor that would exchange the coins for the gear that drops in the raid. Perhaps it would take 3 for head/hands/feet and 5 for body/legs or something similar. I think that might help improve interest in running the older Alliance raids as many players want some of the gear but don't bother because they don't want to fight the RNG.
