Disconnection Problems (another one) [Please, Help me out!]

I am having frequent disconnection issues, Please help. Trace is below, along with internet service information and computer specs. Has been happening the last week very often, regardless of what I am doing in game. Disconnect happens 100% of the time during the golem fight in "Their finest hour" Twin adder instance. 3 attempts all failed due to disconnection. This trace was taken directly after the last Disconnect.

PS: This is the only one of my online games that has any consistent d/c issues, which leads me to believe the issue isn't on my end.

You won't get a reply, they seriously don't give a S*** about us it seems, I'm beyond annoyed with this bug.

An update would be the least they could do, something to say we are looking into it.
