Sure the images you've posted are useful and give an idea of the problem, but you should provide all the information requested for the dev team on the sticky thread. First, make sure that you have your most recent graphics drivers from the AMD site. If you don't, uninstall your driver.. run driversweeper.. then install the new one.

That may be worth doing even if you already have the most recent one.

Next, make sure that Vsync and Triple buffering are enabled for FFXIV in your Catalyst Control Panel.

Get back to us with the result and all of your information. I recommend opening FFXIV config, Navigating to "System", then using the copy to clipboard button to post that information here.
