Bait or not, again, there is a point to be made. I have yet to experience this but my husband in game has and has said it's basically the exact same thing as the original wedding. I find that to be a bit underwhelming since it's an entirely different occasion and should have some differences. Something fun like the minigame we had for Valentine's Day this year would be an idea.

I don't think we need a honeymoon or anything like that lol, but a way to make the anniversary more special instead of just a copy-cat wedding would be appreciated.

my partner and I celebrated our third ceremony yesterday and I was thinking the same thing.

wouldnt it be nice I thought, if they added some options especially for those that are just having a small ceremony. its a big venus after all, doesnt need to be SRO but could make it seem a bit populated

1. the option to add in random npc's. you are the 'warrior of light' after all, it would be reasonable to expect one or two notable npcs, maybe even alpha to pop in
2. random moogles and slyphs checking in to see what was going on

I mean its nice that they notify you on anniversaries, its a nice touch. but after delivering food, packages, what have you through the known and unknown world, would make sense that some of the people you helped, might wander in.

Have no personal interest in the Eternal Bonding thing, but I don't see why they shouldn't throw some updates to it. Change the anniversary around a bit? Sure, why not.
I wouldn't really like having the exact same event for every holiday every year, so see no reason why bondings can't get a little love, even if it affects a smaller number of players.

As a person having no interest in it, I've no idea how it works. Can you customise the ceremony in any way? Change colours, music, stuff like that? Basically make it "your" ceremony instead of "oh this looks like everyone else's" ceremony? Genuine question
