Glitch with Prince of Pestilence

Steps:
1. Engaged the Prince then killed him. He only dropped the frostbite as the first drop then would drop a second rare drop the next kill. I camped for about three hours and got 3 drops. Each time after he dropped the frostbite he would drop another rare right after, the frostbite (the first two times) or a seers cowl (third time). It just didn't seem like this is how this NM's drops should work since no other NMs work like this.

Y'know what? I observed the exact same thing when I was helping an LS mate try for Seer's Cowl. In back-to-back kills we both got Frostbites. (yay seals!)
