Not currently available at my PC but this is the setup you can use to test it:
1. Be in party with someone having a 2min LB (PLD SGE SAM or another BRD)
2. Charge up Final Fantasia, have the other person not be in combat with a striking dummy.
3. Have person now enter combat then use BRD LB
4. Keep track of the time until they have LB, subtract when they have it from 120s, that's the value of full duration LB boost.
Yeah you're not wrong, I guess I can do this on my own and not get it spoonfed.
Although from the results I'm getting I have some variations, apparently shaved off 15s on RPR LB (party member), but only 20s on my own LB (BRD). Which would put it at 20% of a full LB gained for the RPR and 16.6% for me. I could take more data (my word, this data...) for sure.

I was about to make a post about this! My friend and I did some testing last night and BRD LB gives a flat 20 seconds, by way of giving 2s of LB for each server tick (3s) that you have the Final Fantasia buff on you. The seeming variance is because the LB bar is deceptive--LB recharge does NOT start when the bar empties. All jobs begin charging LB as soon as you press the button, including jobs with long channels/animations (ex DRG). Outside of that, it also seems by our testing that pressing buttons doesn't contribute to LB charge time at all. Damaging abilities, healing abilities, and even the LB damage itself--none of these contribute to charging your LB any faster. The only thing that determines whether your LB charges or not is simply staying alive.

Maybe the amount of data is not fully conclusive yet, but if it really 20% relative to LB charge timer then that feels a bit weak considering Final Fantasia has 120s initial charge time. If you have any teammates with 120s recharge then you're better off holding until they used it, which feels really restrictive.
Personally would prefer Sagittarius Arrow being a line LB attack that comes with the damage buff over this, but if theyre hellbent on this then imo it needs a buff in how fast this LB charges, 105 or 90s.
Well that makes more sense and explains the variance I got between jobs then.
Which means you get a 33% charge on a full BLM or GNB LB, while only getting half of it on the 2min long LBs.
I think it's actually good design, because that way it performs the same way over 120s no matter the LB that gets affected, as in everybody gets 16.6% shaved off every 2min.
