    digital download will not install

    i had Recently wiped my harddrives and reinstalled windows 7 on my computer. After downloading the gamestop app again and downloading the client after the 2nd window where I choose my location and wait for the game to download it gets stuck at extracting files and remains there making no progress. need help please.

    uninstalled the gamestop app and reinstalled it and waited hours for it to download again and still hangs at extracting files
