We are currently experiencing technical difficulties that are preventing players from accessing the FINAL FANTASY XIV Companion app using characters on the Japanese/North American/European data center Worlds, and preventing players from logging in to the Companion app using characters on the Oceanian data center Worlds.

The cause of this issue has been identified, and emergency maintenance will be performed on the FINAL FANTASY XIV COMPANION app. The emergency maintenance will take place at the time below, during which the app will be inaccessible.

The completion time has not been determined due to the sequential maintenance of Japanese/North American/European data center Worlds. We will give an update soon as there is progress.
