Just because some less popular servers have 50+ (still 10x more than popular JP servers) plots available doesn't mean that all servers have. In Light DC for example, old servers have 14, 6, 14, 5, 70 and 9 private plots (only outlier is Twintania, which isn't one of the new recent servers, but it is certainly memed as dead server). Keep in mind that recently 6 more wards opened and they're already filled. Also look at scarcity in EU/NA vs JP. Even Tonberrry, which is one of the most popular servers, has 564 free private plots. So if you're in NA/EU, you need to server transfer to have some realistic chance to get even small in Goblet.

"non-fashionable districts" is fair argument, why would I want to live in the middle of rocky mountains, on some ugly brutalistic mega structure? People do prefer other districts, but if server becomes really filled, people will start to buy plots even in those ugly districts.

If its so scarce, why are there empty plots? If there was so much demand, those plots would be taken. I already listed empty plots on Kujata that have been there for months...so..explain?

Super in-depth explanation: It's on JP, JP servers have average population of ~11K, EU ~19K, NA ~22K, yet we get same amount of wards.

EU hasn't lost a house to auto-demo since Dec 2021 because auto-demo was only turned on for a month between then and now. We'll have more houses after July 6th.

My FC house in ward 25 is literally surrounded by alt sub FCs. took them awhile but they finally have all the plots. the entire ward might have 3 legit FC's. LOL

Just checked PassiaDB and all those empty plots in the Goblet you're discussing are FC only. It's not just about "fashionable districts". The majority of open housing right now is FC only.
