This is precisely what is happening. They recognize the healer complaints. Yoshi P has now said, multiple times, that they devalue those healers' complaints and treat them like dirt.The other shoe is that someone on the dev team might have a "vision" about how such and such thing is supposed to work; they will never deviate from that even if it clashes with something that's been considered to be minimum QoL in the genre for 20+ years, or how miserable it makes players in practice.
