And then when you pulled the item out of the armoire again, some special case handler would have to run to re-stat your relic. It's far safer to just tell you no and make you use a replica for glamour.

Honestly it could reset the stats and require you to reallocate them at the pre-existing NPC before equipping it. Or require you to have the item needed to reallocate stats prior to withdrawing it. But yes. I understand that that would be something that will never happen as the data requirement would be pointless in SE's eyes. There are still better inventory alternatives they could implement regarding Relics that they don't. Such as items relating to the quest becoming Key Items. I remember when Beast Tribe currency took up inventory space before they turned it into a spot in the currency menu.

It still boggles my mind that only the item level 50 artifact armor can be stored in the armoire. All of the artifact armor should be able to be stored there.
This. I get needing the replicas for glamor, but not being able to store the originals in the armoire is just showing us they want us to pay for more storage.
buy another retainer for an extra 2 USD a month. 5 USD for the other half of the chocolo saddle bag. no more storage problems for the time being
I shiver over the idea of storing custom stat containers for the dozens of outdated relics instead of something simple like a constant dye list to apply. Hence the replicas solve so many things. Yes, I get that relics are BiS for older content and ultimates. It's purely down to making something so unique for little benefit.
As previously stated. I already have and use maximum retainers for materials for my FC. Having played since 2013 and having all classes and most relics as well. Thus this doesn't help any lol. Honestly the point of this whole thread was to see how many others may agree to the point of having a different way of storing Relics
