The reason would be to satisfy your customers and not let them feel fleeced so they continue being customers.There's zero reason for them to even consider modifying storage to include stat data, significantly increasing the data load. The stored items are intended for glamour purposes only, stats have no bearing, only for appearances. As such, there's no reason to give any consideration for how to store a completed relic, as the replicas share the same appearance and achieve the same functionality when stored, with a fraction of the data.
