As previously stated. I already have and use maximum retainers for materials for my FC. Having played since 2013 and having all classes and most relics as well. Thus this doesn't help any lol. Honestly the point of this whole thread was to see how many others may agree to the point of having a different way of storing Relics

I think the Glamour dresser should interface with all the vendors where you unlock gear (Relic Weapons, Skybuilders Tools, Calamity Salvager...) and you can add things to your plates from there. It does essentially the same thing with the Armoire already.

It honestly wouldn't be too much for them to implement a way to store the stat data or let it reset and be reallocated once withdrawn. I personally would rather them have a section in the Armoire as there isn't a limitation to the storage. As a FC Leader whom prefers to enable my FC Memebers to request crafts at either a major discount compared to MB prices or free(should we have the required materials) I already have max retainers which are full of every mat imaginable. Thus using a retainer for every class and every relic available takes up a lot of space.

There is definitely a limitation to the armoire storage. As I've outlined previously in multiple other threads when the subject of a glamour catalog came up--which is essentially what the armoire is, for a limited set of items--even if it was simply a one bit for one item storage, it would take up an unignorable amount of space, and it would scale worse than a limited inventory glamour dresser does.

There's zero reason for them to even consider modifying storage to include stat data, significantly increasing the data load. The stored items are intended for glamour purposes only, stats have no bearing, only for appearances. As such, there's no reason to give any consideration for how to store a completed relic, as the replicas share the same appearance and achieve the same functionality when stored, with a fraction of the data.

Right as you are it doesn't change the desire. Call it OCD or something but I prefer the original over a replica.

Alternatively, just let you rechoose stats on older relics when stored/recalled. Or give a “dormant” relic that can be re-stated via some npc.

as long as you have to pay the in-game currency to reallocate stats, they can't just give you free substat rerolls. (esp with the Eureka relic where you don't even get to choose your substats it's all RNG).

So, just hypothetical, why not pay the fee to get a “blank but stat-able” weapon that can be stored and/or later rerolled.
