    Lumber yard question in shb math wrong

    It tells you to count the lumber it says right answer is 106 but that is incorrect

    Storehouse says has 68
    But 9 are damaged
    13 been delivered
    1 broken
    Next lumber counts as 24
    Then finally counts as 11

    The math for question is
    68-9-13-1+24+11 which is 80 stacks of lumber
    The broken and delivered ,damaged are token away from total due to not being in condition to be used

    You have to add it as well. You're not doing a total -13 you're doing a total including the 13 which is what they're asking for.

    Meaning they want the total number of good lumber including what was delivered so it's the 68-9+13-1+24+11 or to make it simple add it all then subtract 10 since only 10 are damaged which would be 116-10

    Edit: if it's still lost on you it was delivered TO the lumber yard not the other way around

    When they said delivered, it was lumber delivered to the shipyard and not being delivered by the shipyard to a different location.

    106 is the correct answer.
