It doesn’t let me buy it again, I get the error message that states:

“This item has already been purchased for the selected service account. Please either change the recipient for this item or go back to the previous screen and remove it from your shopping cart.”

It doesn’t allow me to proceed from that point.

So you buy the mount you use it and I assume you know you use it (learn it), so why would you go through the whole process again to buy it knowing that you've already used the item. Smells fishy.
