Alisaie joined us in Ishgard shortly after our arrival, along with Thancred, because she was poisoned with an arrow that was shot by J'rhoomale, our Ranger of Darkness you're talking about here. She's just confusing Alisaie with Alphinaud. ^-^

BoxHako, this is gonna sound rude, but I'd generally just recommend playing more of the game. A lot of this is explained (or reiterated) very soon after the point where you're asking.

If a subject has 'gone cold' and you still have questions, yeah, it's worth asking them. But right now you're literally just asking things that are explained not far from the point where you're asking, and coming here to ask them might genuinely be more risky than it's worth, because we're... quite a ways further than you are, and the story has expanded pretty hard on some of these points, to the level where casual discussion could very easily spoil you way harder than you expect.
