    For PS5 Users: Any issues using MMO mouses?

    I've played the game before with a Logitech G600 on PS4 and for a while I've begun playing on PC. In the last week I got a PS5 in anticipation for FFXVI and reinstalled FFXIV on it as well, this time using a different MMO mouse (Razer Naga Trinity). However when I tried to connect it to the PS5, everything but the side buttons worked. I've tried setting up profiles on the mouse's memory but still no avail.

    Is it common that some MMO mouses just don't function on PS5 or am I doing something wrong?

    I do apologize for this issue regarding the PlayStation 5 Logitech G600 not properly mapping in Final Fantasy XIV. Just to gather more information, is the mouse fully synced via Bluetooth or wired cable? Has any other devices given you a problem for Final Fantasy XIV? I'd also like to ask if you are able to fully update the drivers for the mouse in question? Lastly, have you tried recalibrating or adjusting the controller via the settings as well? I hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!
